What is Clean Eating?

You may have heard the term Clean Eating on the internet. Possibly you may have come across it in a magazine. Probably you have also wondered how do I know if I am eating clean or not?

Clean Eating is a Diet?

Let’s start by dispelling the myth about Clean Eating. It is not a diet fad. In essence, Clean Eating is less a fad and more a way of eating. Specifically,  a way of eating that contributes to a healthier you.

What do you eat?

Simply put you want to choose and eat real foods. If it’s been processed and packaged, it’s not for us. We believe in simple, local ingredients (whenever possible) and healthy and tasty whole foods. It’s why we set out to make our own Craft Yogurt in house – it’s healthier, packed with probiotics, smoother and yummier than anything you can pick up at the store.

Eating Better

Eating better has many benefits. It’s also why we emphasize Balance Bowls, and plant based foods such as greens, beans and grains in almost everything we make. We take pride in using the same ingredients that are found in region of Aroa. From that inspiration we create healthy, tasty, innovative dishes that are inspired by what is grown in that area.
