Shipping policy

Aroa Craft Yogurt & Cafe delivers fresh, preservative-free artisanal yogurt directly to your home or office. Our delivery process is designed to maintain the cold chain from our facility to your door.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within certain zones of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. We do not ship via standard mail or third-party carriers for our fresh yogurt products. Contact us before placing an order if you are unsure whether we deliver to your address.

 Note: Long-distance or international shipping is not available for perishable products.

Delivery Days & Hours

Deliveries are made on Thursday and Fridays depending on your location, between 9 AM and 7 PM. 

Order Cutoff Times

To be included in the next available delivery run, orders must be placed by Wednesday at 9:15 am. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the following available delivery date.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared fresh after confirmation. We do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and a second notification when your order is out for delivery.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate your order at delivery. If no one is available:

•        We will attempt to reach you at the number provided at checkout

•        The driver may leave the order in a shaded, accessible spot per your instructions

•        Orders left unattended after delivery are the customer's responsibility

We recommend leaving specific delivery instructions at checkout, such as: "Leave with front desk" or "Place in the plastic cooler by the door"

Delivery Fees

A minimum order of $30.00 (excluding taxes and delivery fees) is required for all delivery orders, except for deliveries to the City of Parkland, where a minimum order of $50.00 (excluding taxes and delivery fees) applies. A flat delivery fee of $10.00 applies to each order. All applicable delivery fees will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an inaccessible location, or customer unavailability (including failure to respond to calls, messages, gate access requests, or doorman coordination), and the order cannot be safely returned or held, Aroa Craft Yogurt & Cafe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to re-deliver the order or issue a refund or store credit.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for being available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time.
