We are delighted to share with you our latest “Passion Project”, a partnership with Trazando Redes a Mano (Crafting Connections by Hand), in Venezuela.

This organization teaches artisanal skills to women in rural communities, creating opportunities for them to support themselves and their families.

At Aroa, we support and believe in the craft, beauty and uniqueness of artisanal work, and we are proud to share this same love and passion for our work as these women do for their work, from their remote village in Venezuela.

Our totebags have been designed to make your day-to-day trips around town, or to the market extra-special.

Each piece has been HAND-embroidered by these hard-working women, and is one of a kind. Enjoy this beautiful craftsmanship while supporting real people! The women in this picture are the women who made these bags. Each bag is signed with the name of the woman who created it.
