We make our sauce from scratch, and gently roast our eggplant, bringing out the fullest and most delicious flavors possible! Then we add our homemade sauce, fresh mozzarella, and Parmesan Cheese. Simple ingredients made just right- no frying, very healthy and 100% crowd-pleaser!
