This sweet and savory masterpiece (really!) is a nutrient-dense, protein-packed powerhouse. This salad is light and bright: Using lime zest, cilantro, fresh carrot and a special spice blend, we make Mung Beans something you will remember and love.

Comes with a mini-labneh dollop!

TIP: We recommend a scoop of our plain labneh on top! It is how we used to serve it at the cafe, and it is absolutely delicious!
