If you love Cilantro, and want a light, bright, vibrant, and seriously exciting Labneh, we would like to introduce you to our newest creation: The Happy Mistake!

Our newest labneh, which we lovingly refer to as our "Happy Mistake" around the kitchen, was, in fact, a giant, colossal mistake! We had just finished a huge batch of what we thought was our Basil Pesto Labneh, when we realized something was seriously amiss- we had used the wrong Pesto!

Unsure what to do with it, we finally, nervously, tried it...and it was instantaneous- it was eye-poppingly DELICIOUS! Like, so good, we polished off the whole container in one sitting!

So, we decided to bring it to the Farmer's Market, and that is where it became a runaway success- we sold out before noon, and people have been coming back asking for it ever since.

Now it's finally, officially here on the menu!

Enjoy as a dip, on your favorite toast, with eggs, pasta, fish, roasted veggies...all of the ways you normally love your labneh.
