We slow-roast red bell peppers until pepper perfection-akin to a pepper jam or marmalade- a little sweet, a little tart, AND THEN we add our fresh and delicious labneh, with a subtle hint of garlic, and top it with the final layer-our homemade fresh cilantro pesto. So good, this limited-edition became a part of our permanent menu!

Tip: There are so many ways to love this special dip! Try it with your favorite eggs, on top of your favorite fish, with crackers or chips, or as a straight-up dip!
